Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + 20% Bonus + Fuel Card

As Regional Field Manager you will be assigned and will be responsible for a specific territory. In this role you will be leading a team of sales representatives in assigned locations who are promoting our brand’s products to consumers while communicating key messaging and driving brand awareness for their lineup of television and audio products.

You will be responsible for managing your team effectively on an ongoing basis, including regular visits to all team members to ensure they are actively selling to consumers , while also offering training advice to store associates, and assisting existing consumers with any questions or concerns they are having with our brand’s products!

The goal of this position is to grow sales and market share within the assigned territory. Results will be measured weekly, and each individual in the assigned territory will have a target to achieve. Bonus incentives will be available depending on target attainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, performance reviews, client experience, operational compliance
  • Proactively creates strategies for underperforming locations/representatives and recognizes successes
  • Ensures that all sales representatives have completed necessary training and coaching requirements
  • Ensures that all positions are staffed appropriately according to the established guidelines
  • Manage and coach all sales representatives to ensure that career development and succession planning is in place
  • Ensures all hiring is completed in proactive manner using guidelines
  • Responsible for retention and management of representatives at acceptable turnover rates
  • Successfully manages the completion of day to day area operational activities including field visit reports, communications to the team, payroll processes, performance management and HR related activities
  • Provides support to the Program Director and other support team members for the program
  • Participates in special projects as needed
  • Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each field representative.
  • Maintain all field rules and regulations and ensure field representatives adhere to the guidelines.
  • Maintain a weekly schedule that best suits the needs of the business.
  • Effective time management skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent an asset
  • Strong management, coaching, and leadership skills, developed in a retail organization;
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferrably in retail
  • Experience within the wireless, electronics, appliance in retail sector is a huge asset
  • Ability to proactively support recruiting and hiring as needed
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills in order to effectively train and motivate team members
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused with proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Strong understanding of the retail environment, including managing and building relationships with key partners, and merchandising capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive sales, results and client service through a team
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends if required based on business needs
  • French Language an asset
