Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments to optimize team efficiency.
- Maintain and update records through accurate and efficient data entry.
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organize and support charity events, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
- Monitor and handle email correspondence, prioritizing and escalating as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic administrative issues to maintain workflow.
