Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming for clients and visitors
  • Participating in safety team activities, providing necessary administrative support, and meeting set deadlines
  • Managing electronic records, entering client information into the Client Information System (CIS) while adhering to information protection and confidentiality standards
  • Ensuring the latest information is displayed in the reception area, removing outdated materials as necessary
  • Handling courier-related tasks, including preparing, sending, and receiving packages/documents
  • Maintaining adequate supplies and resources for the department, ensuring orders align with set policies, procedures, and budgets
  • Performing various administrative tasks within the department
  • Keeping informed about the latest reception best practices
  • Making decisions within given instructions and guidelines, escalating questions to the assigned manager as required
  • Complying with the organization's vision, policies, and procedures
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management
