Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming for clients and visitors
- Participating in safety team activities, providing necessary administrative support, and meeting set deadlines
- Managing electronic records, entering client information into the Client Information System (CIS) while adhering to information protection and confidentiality standards
- Ensuring the latest information is displayed in the reception area, removing outdated materials as necessary
- Handling courier-related tasks, including preparing, sending, and receiving packages/documents
- Maintaining adequate supplies and resources for the department, ensuring orders align with set policies, procedures, and budgets
- Performing various administrative tasks within the department
- Keeping informed about the latest reception best practices
- Making decisions within given instructions and guidelines, escalating questions to the assigned manager as required
- Complying with the organization's vision, policies, and procedures
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management
