About the Role:

With your leadership and problem-solving skills, you'll guide the team to success and ensure project cost accuracy and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of accounting professionals.
• Supervise daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, invoicing, collections, payroll, and general accounting.
• Prepare financial records, including monthly P& L, balance sheets, and statutory/internal financial reports.
• Maintain project costing systems to ensure budget accuracy and performance tracking.
• Build strong professional relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and financial institutions.
• Innovate systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee month-end close processes and reporting.
• Ensure integrity and compliance in systems, processes, and financial data.
• Participate in special projects and compile detailed financial reports as needed.
• Foster collaboration and maintain professional communication with stakeholders across the organization.
