Adecco is actively seeking a Controller to join our client’s growing team. This is a Full-Time role based in Orangeville, Bolton, and Shelburne, ON, offering a competitive salary of $100,000–$110,000 per annum. The successful candidate will manage the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and strategic guidance in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting cycle for a diverse real estate portfolio.
- Oversee financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closings.
- Direct accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Prepare and review complex financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage tax preparation and compliance with Canadian regulations.
- Collaborate with a small, agile team of 3-4 finance professionals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership to ensure informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to financial reconciliation details.
- Proven experience in real estate financial management or a related field.
- CPA Designation (Preferred, but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant, preferably in the real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and solve complex financial issues.
