Role Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through their real estate journey.
  • Manage a sales pipeline through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and email correspondence.
  • Consult with clients to understand their investment goals and recommend suitable options.
  • Attend pre-construction launches and provide Platinum Access insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Toronto’s real estate market.
  • Meet monthly business targets with a proactive approach.
What We’re Looking For
  • A licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (or in the process of obtaining a license).
  • Ambitious, self-motivated individuals with strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of Toronto’s real estate and pre-construction market.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be willing to work on the weekends
  • Must be willing to work from the office
Work Location and Schedule
  • Location: Realtris Inc. Office in Markham
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (on-site).
