We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in the transport industry, located in Mississauga, Ontario. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and ensuring accurate record keeping. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Accurately inputting data related to kilome and driver payroll in a high-volume environment
- Conduct full cycle billings with meticulous attention to detail
- Analyze driver timesheets to ensure accurate invoicing to the customer
- Utilize knowledge of transportation equipment, such as 4 axle, 5 axle, flat deck, to perform tasks efficiently
- Familiarize with transportation language, such as pre-trip, post-trip, hours of service, for effective communication and understanding
- Employ Excel skills for efficient data management and record keeping
- Handle billing related tasks and payroll functions in a systematic manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
