Title: Project Manager (Banking Domain)
Our client, a leading multi-national telecommunications technology company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong banking and credit card implementation experience to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Governance
Lead program meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and follow-ups
Consolidate updates across business units and present executive dashboards
Act as a delegate for Program Delivery Director when required
Support development and enhancement of PMO frameworks
Delivery Management
Build and manage integrated project plans across multiple teams
Drive Agile delivery ensuring timelines, quality, and efficiency
Manage cross-functional squads (Developers, Testers, Tech Leads)
Coordinate large teams (50–60 members) including vendors
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Engage with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
Effectively manage and challenge vendors when needed
Ensure alignment across business, technology, and external teams
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of Project Management experience
Strong Banking Domain expertise (Retail/Commercial Banking)
Experience with core banking platforms like Thought Machine, Temenos, or Finastra
Proven Agile delivery experience managing large-scale programs
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with system integration projects
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting
Nice to Have:
Experience with Thought Machine
Cloud migration experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
PMO setup experience in large banking programs
Previous experience with CIBC (preferred)
