R&D Associate Engineer - Packaging
Overview
The PepsiCo Food North America R&D Brand Stewardship Associate Engineer will lead Brand Stewardship packaging R&D for the Canadian Business, supporting ongoing FLC brand stewardship packaging agenda on key brands/portfolios, including: Miss Vickie’s, Cheetos, Lay’s, Ruffles, Multicultural, Natural Snacks like Bare, Popcorners, Simply, Stacy’s, as well as Smartfood popcorn, Rold Gold, Oven Baked, Doritos, Sunchips and Value brands: Cracker Jacks, Hickory Sticks, Munchies, Dollarama, Food Service, Havoc.

- Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer driven environment.
- BS in Engineering.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Solid communication skills, written and verbal.
- Demonstrated capability to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and manage changing priorities.
- Analytical and Innovative thinking
- Experience in cross-functional projects/teams.
- Willingness/ability to travel.
- Experience in experimental design and analysis
