Process Operator
  • Coordinate calibration of process Instrumentation.
  • Operate the process aspect of lines.
  • Interact with and conduct QC and technical duties.
  • Safe handling practices. (Chemical for Equipment sanitation)
  • Equipment Sanitation - CIP, SOP & Environmental
  • Organize and keep work area clean.
  • Follow recipes and ensure the process is implemented
  • Measuring and weighing out ingredients
  • Reading temperature gauges
  • Recording and testing data of ingredients and results for batches of food
  • Maintain a clean processing area.
  • Pasteurizer set-up (on the panel)
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with equipment, devices and products
  • Maintain event logs and charts, batch documentation, cleaning procedures, inventoried items
  • Other duties as required.

Skills :

  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Very good communication skills and understanding of the process to ensure SOPs are fully understood and consistently followed.
  • Commitment and punctuality
  • Work with minimum supervision.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Knowledge of Computer Control System
  • Capable of working in fast-paced environment, adapting to changes in production schedules and performing under pressure
  • Attention to details and impeccability with following procedures step by step
  • Demonstrates positive attitude and works effectively as a team and independently
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 year experience as batcher/process operator preferable alcohol products.
  • Food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred

Wage : $23 to $28 - based on the number of years within the same field.

Shift A : Monday to Wednesday : 12 hours 7am to 7:30pm
Thursday : 6 hours shift 7am to 1:30pm
Shift B : Monday to Wednesday 12 hours 7pm to 7:30am
Thursday : 6 hours shift 1pm to 7:30pm
Shift C : Friday to Sunday : 12 hours 7am to 7:30pm
Thursday : 6 hours shift 1pm to 7:30pm
Shift D : Friday to Sunday : 12 hours 7pm to 7:30am

Thursday : 6 hours shift 1am to 7:30am
