Bilingual Receptionist - Outbound Call Agent - Toronto

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
• Job type: 30-day contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls in both English and French.
• Making outbound calls to clients or customers as needed.
• Greeting visitors in both languages and providing assistance.
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Previous experience in customer service or reception.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
