Key Responsibilities:
- Post job ads and manage applicant tracking.
- Schedule interviews and send follow-up emails.
- Organize and track onboarding documents.
- Maintain digital employee files and shared drives.
- Update trackers and respond to employee questions or redirect as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested.
