The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from data entry and bookkeeping to office administration and project support. It's a dynamic position that requires a highly organized individual with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
  • Keeping up-to-date and precise customer credit records
  • Reviewing and automating data entry in QuickBooks Online
  • Preparing government filings, along with month and year-end closings for accountant review
  • Utilizing Excel for data uploads related to sales invoices, payments, and product details
  • Overseeing office administration tasks, including bill processing and insurance renewals
  • Providing project support for business and personal initiatives, including staff management for project completion
  • Assisting with HR office tasks, such as new staff onboarding, payroll preparation, and benefits administration
  • Managing orders for products, kitchen and office supplies, and liaising with vendors as necessary
  • Carrying out account reconciliation, payments, and other administrative tasks.
