Bilingual Client Services Project Coordinator

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Client Services Project Coordinator. This temporary role offers remote work flexibility and provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll manage client communications, assist in project coordination, and ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Pay rate: $28/hour.
  • Location: Remote
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Meet project requirements through kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting, and communication with operational teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, understanding and addressing client needs, collaborating with the project management team as necessary.
  • Assist in drafting project materials, such as telephone scripts and website content, help develop business rules, and provide project reports.
  • Perform analysis to ensure quality and contextualize results for clients.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1+ year of direct client/customer interaction in a professional setting.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle information efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
