Business Analyst IT/OT

About Our Client

Our client specializes in the development, construction, and operation of clean and renewable energy projects. It focuses on wind power, solar energy, and natural gas power generation.

• Analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities in enterprise, front-end, and OT systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Support the creation of concepts for enterprise solutions, infrastructure, and OT systems. Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and develop business cases.
• Document and prioritize demands from stakeholders, ensuring transparency on dependencies and system landscape.
• Prepare business plans, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to support new solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business functions, IT/OT, project management, and service management teams, facilitating communication and decision-making.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's system landscape, identifying opportunities for integration and optimization.

• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology landscape.
• Demand management, business planning, and system landscape analysis experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM & ITIL.
• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with Enterprise Solutions, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and OT systems, an asset.
