As the Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and maintaining full-cycle accounting, including preparing monthly financial statements.
- Managing AP/AR functions and reviewing/approving account reconciliations.
- Supporting the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Establishing processes to track Deferred Revenues from financing and program funding for multi-year projects.
- Processing bi-weekly payroll, preparing year-end payroll filings, and generating ROEs as needed.
- Preparing for year-end audits, acting as the primary liaison with auditors and addressing queries.
