Job Purpose:
The Marketing Strategic Coordinator is responsible for pricing analyses and providing reports, analytics, and business insights to supervisor, director of the department and various business and product managers, and to assist them in better understanding the marketplace and in making proactive decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in pricing analyses, margin calculation and reports
- Assist in the design, development, testing and implementation of data models
- Assist in the design, testing and implementation of market surveys
- Assist in collecting and analyzing market information and trends
- Research competitors market price and analyze Hankook’s price level in market
- Research products in market and make a competitive strategy for our products
- Support promotional planning, execution and measuring the effectiveness
- Create/maintain reports tracking KPIs and overall sales progress
- Manage product specification sheet/customer database and ensure the list is up to date
- Develop reports and presentations on the market forecast and external economic factors
- Participate in and contribute to project and team meetings, interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments, as appropriate to understand specific requirements
- Any other duties/responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Marketing or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant marketing experience in the tire industry or the automotive industry
- Expert in MS-Excel functions and data visualizations
- Excellent in SAP
- Experience in Power BI is an asset
- Team player with exceptional work ethic
- Excelled organizational skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills, multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative with good initiative
- Superior customer-relation manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy, follow-through and fine attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently on several projects concurrently and possess excellent creative thinking skills
