Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Boston Pizza recipes and standards.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all areas of the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and timely during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in food prep to meet demand.
- Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Uphold a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of minimum 2yrs in meal preparation within restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering quality.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
