Job Description
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Lead project expediting efforts, ensuring all materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage project logistics, including schedules, resources, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in project expediting and expediting-related tasks.
  • Expertise in project management within the ICI construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection practices and construction quality assurance.
  • Experience managing complex logistics for large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms.
