Job Description- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Lead project expediting efforts, ensuring all materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time.
- Conduct thorough inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
- Manage project logistics, including schedules, resources, and subcontractor coordination.
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
- Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience in project expediting and expediting-related tasks.
- Expertise in project management within the ICI construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of inspection practices and construction quality assurance.
- Experience managing complex logistics for large-scale projects.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms.
