As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Internal Headhunter / Recruiter to build and strengthen our elite sales team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales recruitment, an eye for top talent, and a passion for finding the best individuals.

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
• Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-performing sales professionals through various channels, including job boards, networking events, social media, and referrals.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Screening & Interviewing:
• Conduct in-depth screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ sales acumen, motivation, and cultural fit within the company.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Provide market insights and hiring trends to improve recruitment efforts.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Employer Outreach:
• Promote Nuovo’s culture and career opportunities through strategic employer branding initiatives.
• Engage in networking opportunities to solidify Nuovo as the top employer for sales professionals.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Communications, English Literature, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related field; bilingual (French/English) proficiency strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite Suite.
• Experience with ATS platforms or large HR systems (e.g., Workable, Rippling) is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A customer-centric and team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for creating a positive work environment.
