Change Management & Communications Manager, Vice President
About the Role We are looking for a certified and execution
- oriented Change Management & Communications Manager to lead and mature the change control lifecycle across our cybersecurity delivery portfolio.
In addition to change oversight, this role will also lead program-wide communications
- crafting messaging, managing stakeholder engagement, and maintaining visibility platforms such as SharePoint.
You’ll partner across delivery, risk, and governance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do Change Management (75%) Design and mature a robust cybersecurity change management framework grounded in best practices (e.g., PROSCI) Work with other partners to standardize, automate and deliver world class change management process that ensures audit, scalability, & maintainability.
Replace legacy tools (Excel, MS Forms) with streamlined workflows, automation tools (e.g.JIRA, AI) tools, and approval structures Lead impact analysis of changes across timelines, KRI targets, risk posture, and stakeholder dependencies Ensure all change documentation is audit-ready, traceable, and actionable Collaborate across delivery, governance, and risk teams to streamline intake, escalation, and resolution Build executive-level dashboards and reporting mechanisms for change tracking and leadership visibility Continuously improve the change process to support scale, compliance, and operational agility Program Communications (25%) Develop and execute a strategic communication plan for cybersecurity delivery updates and progress Create executive-ready decks, stakeholder newsletters, and process documentation Own content development and maintenance for SharePoint hubs, including toolkits, updates, and program announcements Serve as the central communication point for delivery alignment across workstreams and leadership What We’re Looking For 4-7 years of relevant experience in change management and internal communications PROSCI (or equivalent) certification highly preferred Strong experience in mapping processes and building tooling to automate change management (e.g.
JIRA, Power BI etc.).Proven experience in implementing change frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and process governance Demonstrated ability to quickly assess, design, and execute change control processes in complex environments Strong understanding of how changes impact risk posture, program deadlines, and delivery metrics Experience in regulated environments or cybersecurity programs a strong advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint and executive communication Proficiency with tools like SharePoint, Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar Self-directed, accountable, and operates with urgency
- owns their work and drives it to completion Preferred Qualifications Background in cybersecurity, GRC, or enterprise Technology transformation program change management.
