One of our companies is currently looking for a Communications Manager in Toronto.

In this role, you will manage key external communication strategies, increase visibility for the company’s business audience and investors, and engage with media professionals. You will work closely with various internal teams, including technical and operational units, to highlight key breakthroughs and develop messaging that aligns with the company’s goals.

As a Communications Manager, your focus will be on executing impactful communications strategies, managing projects, and driving awareness for the company’s achievements in the AI field.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand breakthroughs and develop strategies to highlight their impact externally.
  • Draft briefing materials and manage the creation of key communications documents.
  • Develop and execute external messaging to support the company’s visibility with business audiences and investors.
  • Engage with media members and support the communications team in building strong media relationships.
  • Lead external communication projects and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of experience in Communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and process-driven approach to managing communications projects.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of creativity, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
  • Understanding or experience in AI technology is a significant advantage.
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges and grow within the role.
