Director Advanced Planning
Our client is seeking a Director, Advanced Planning to join their team. The Director is responsible for offering sophisticated tax and estate planning solutions to high-net-worth individuals through financial advisors. This role also encompasses educating both financial advisors and internal teams on new and advanced tax-efficient products and services as a subject matter expert.
As an authority in tax and estate planning, the Director has the key role of ensuring the regional sales team's fluency in up-to-date tax and estate planning strategies. Through a strategic partnership with the Regional Sales Director, the Director.Advanced Planning will enhance sales of wealth and insurance products. This will be achieved by offering personalized case consultation and support to Advisors, ensuring delivery of superior tax-efficient insurance solutions tailored to the clients' needs.
This collaborative approach will also reinforce the strong alliance between the Director, Advisors and their respective firms.
The Director, Advanced Planning will be supporting the Northeast Central Region and will be travelling extensively within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for face-to-face client meetings. Occasional meetings to the Ottawa area will also be required.
