Reporting to the Marketing Director / SVP Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager will provide comprehensive marketing support to both the North American BELFOR Property Restoration team and 1-800-BOARDUP International, LLC. We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and dynamic professional to lead the development, implementation, execution, and reporting of ongoing marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge across all key marketing functions, including (but not limited to) advertising, direct marketing, public relations, events and sponsorships, customer service, digital/online marketing (email campaigns, SEO/SEM), content creation, and sales promotions.Creativity and a results-driven mindset are essential to excelling in this role.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across North America, including all related materials.
- Manage and distribute internal and external network communications.
- Host, plan, and facilitate calls, meetings, webinars, and training as needed.
- Organize, maintain, and optimize the internal assets drive.
- Coordinate website maintenance and content updates.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on local and national marketing initiatives.
- Coach and support offices with a focus on marketing strategies and execution.
- Collaborate and provide support for other departments as needed.
- Analyze market trends and apply to business.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work within an international team (Canada and US) or independently as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely task-oriented, organized, and able to manage simultaneous plans.
- Evening and/or weekend work may be necessary at times to fulfill business needs.
- Valid passport for some planned travel (e.g., for trade shows, internal meetings to the US).
