The Senior Product Manager will demonstrate strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and deep domain expertise in the delivery of scalable, category-leading products that target the climate risk and analytics industry. The successful candidate will excel in cross-functional teams that align business goals with innovative solutions for pricing flood risk, climate resilience and adaptation.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills should complement adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for sustainability.
Reporting directly to the CEO & Co-Founder, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape innovative products from the ground up at a well-funded company; while driving leadership in flood risk solutions across Canada and globally. Expertise managing product roadmaps from ideation to commercialization and achieving strong product-market fit are keys to success.
This is a hybrid role.

Purpose. NOAH operates at the leading edge of climate intelligence, risk planning, innovation, and strategic business opportunities. You will be a critical player in the real estate, proptech, and insurtech markets, introducing integrated products that address the flood risk crisis before it happens.The climate space is changing rapidly. On the product team, everyone must understand the content side of what we are selling and share our passion and drive for solving daunting climate change challenges with technology and data.
How you will make an impact:
- Lead the development of flood risk analytics solutions for industries including insurance, real estate, banking, and government.
- Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning business goals with climate science, regulatory needs, and market demand.
- Integrate climate science into products, enhancing predictive capabilities and decision-making support for customers.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to build AI-powered risk assessment tools.
- Develop partnerships with insurtech providers, financial institutions, and government agencies to expand market reach.
- Define key success metrics and ensure products achieve strong adoption, usability, and impact.
- Stay ahead of climate risk regulations and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance and thought leadership.
- Advocate for customer needs, conducting research and iterating on solutions to drive product-market fit.
What you bring:
- 5+ Years product management experience, with a strong background in data-driven products.
- Expertise in climate analytics or geospatial data for insurtech and fintech is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate complex data science models into intuitive, impactful products.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in AI/ML applications is a plus.
- A passion for climate resilience, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.
