Job Description
  • The Site Supervisor demonstrates strong leadership and influence, overseeing workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety is essential, ensuring full compliance with documentation, safety stations, and regulatory requirements. The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all workers and subcontractors adhere to safety standards.
  • Additionally, the Site Supervisor manages scheduling, inspections, and quality control while enforcing the Occupational Health & Safety Management Program.
  • Oversee job sites and ensure all construction activities align with project plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Super should have:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Site Superintendent within the construction industry - ICI base building and interior renovation projects are considered an asset.
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing job sites and coordinating subcontractors
  • Excellent knowledge of safety protocols and standards in construction
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management
