About This Opportunity
Ready to turn your learning into experience? Coke Canada is hiring students to work in our Winter 2025 Supply Chain Co-op program! We are looking for students who will be reporting to the Manufacturing Development Manager. This position will be multi-focused with project work and some daily tasks.
We currently have 3 opportunities in our Weston facility located in North York, Ontario. They are:
- Co-op Manufacturing
- Co-op Maintenance
- Co-op Quality Assurance
Good to know before applying:
- Term: 8-month co-op (January - August 2025)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, to our facility located at 26 Fenmar Drive, North York, Ontario
- The facility runs 24-7 and some flexibility will be required occasionally to support project work on off shifts.
- Participating in various programs and projects related to the field of Supply Chain, as well as participating in day-to-day responsibilities in the supply chain function that develop leadership skills.
- Managing improvements relating to safety, quality and efficiency, in compliance of the company policies and procedures.
- Analytics to support improvement projects and financial accuracy
- Cross functional work with departments in supply chain such as Quality, Health Safety & Environment, Maintenance and Warehouse.
- Analyzing data to support key metrics for; Safety, Quality, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Operational Excellence and Finance
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Program in Engineering program; 3rd or 4th year preferable
- Demonstrated leadership with great attitude, passion for growing and continuous learning
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities
- Strong relationship builder who can effectively work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving aptitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to display a positive attitude with a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
- Excellent computer skills with proven ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advance skills in Excel
