We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that communicate our brand's message and values. You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop design concepts, create visual elements, and produce final designs for a variety of mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and create visual elements such as logos, icons, graphics, and infographics
• Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics
• Create visual identities for our brand, including color palettes, typography, and imagery
• Design and develop email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement design strategies
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve design quality and efficiency
• Work closely with the communications team to ensure design consistency across all mediums
• Develop and maintain our brand's design style guide
• Provide design support for events, trade shows, and product launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
