What will you do? Responsible for the development and operationalization of dashboards used by risk subject matter experts to monitor and manage risk Work closely with business partners and IT teams to design and develop reporting solutions to serve operational risk Lead, manage, and develop a team of Data Analysts, ensuring prioritization of activities aligns with strategic direction of operational risk Identify and implement improvements in dashboard technical design and testing practices, to improve team efficiency and quality of deliverables What do you need to succeed?
Must-have Bachelors degree or Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science; or any quantitative field 8+ years of experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards 3+ years of experience in developing and executing test cases Experience in leading and managing Analytics projects involving multiple teams/individuals Strong background in programming and data transformation processes Experience working with databases Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem HDFS/Spark/Hive Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Strong communication skills both in written and verbal Solid understanding of data management practices and data pipelines Nice-to-have Experience with source version control such as GitHub and SVN.
