Person who prepares, seasons, cooks and portions food. She/he ensures the optimum use of perishable goods. She/he may be called upon to keep the list of food supplies up to date. She/he must have a high school diploma with specialization in Food Services (professional cooking), from a school recognized by the Ministry of Education.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in cooking
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience
- Bilingual (French/English)
