THE ROLE Join our team as a Campground Supervisor and be the heart of outdoor hospitality! From ensuring campers’ comfort to maintaining pristine grounds, your role will create memorable experiences amidst nature’s beauty. As a Campground Supervisor, you will plan, organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the campground, office and canteen.
The Campground Supervisor will supervise employees and prepare employee work schedules. They will ensure park users are authorized patrons, monitor campground activities and control recreational equipment. QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses High school diploma and several years of experience in a related field Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification Valid Driver’s Licence (Ontario) Experience In record keeping/invoicing In basic accounting In personnel administration In cash handling Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
