What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting is an integral member of the T&O Disaster Readiness team, using initiative and independence born of experience to keep the engine of our team running smoothly. The incumbent will collaborate across the DR Team to understand tooling requirements and changes to the DR program as well as enhancements to our system.

We are a closely regulated group that must have accurate data and data management capabilities. We are looking for a self-starter who can learn and question, engage, and contribute to improving processes and help us evolve.

What will you do?
  • Manage our Data in ServiceNow-BCM as the resident expert
  • Monitor for gaps, inconsistencies, and bugs – and work to fix them
  • Coordinate with our internal team for requirements and our development team for progress
  • Perform QA or UAT testing on completed stories (development)
  • Coordinate with our Data Architect to ensure our system can be maintained and upgraded
  • Escalate technical questions to support solutioning
  • Learn about the DR program with a view to automation and future tool enhancement

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • Min 2 years working in ServiceNow BCM module or 3+ years in ServiceNow (other modules)
  • Experience in the Agile workflow process, especially as used in ServiceNow
  • Experience in writing clear, concise development stories
  • Experience in the financial industry or another heavily regulated industry
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Disaster Recovery concepts and principles
  • Experience using Tableau
