Overview:
In the position, you will be asked to perform a variety of financial, administrative and clerical services in order to secure revenue and maintain minimal bad debts. The Accounts Receivable Administrator will resolve account irregularities and manage customer deductions for approval and processing, requiring interaction with customers in order to facilitate prompt payment of invoices due to the organization to maintain an acceptable level of cash flow.
Please note that this is a replacement role.
Key Ingredients:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely collections and follow up on past-due invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and apply adjustments as needed.
- Daily review of postings in cash application system (HighRadius).
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, and credit notes.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts, payment arrangements, and credit holds.
- Review of blocked sales orders.
- Customer master updates (SAP).
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Recipe for Success:
- Minimum of 3-5 years Accounts Receivable experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Post-secondary education in accounting, or equivalent experience
- Proficient data entry skills with an expectation of a high level of accuracy.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive client relationships.
- Experience with SAP and/or HighRadius an asset.
