• RQ00111 Duration : 10 months to start (high chance of extension) Location : Hybrid
• 2x/week in Downtown Toronto Summary of Role: Focusing on communication, employee engagement, training, and stakeholder alignment, the Change Management Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful adoption of the Transition Program, including effective execution of change management strategy/plans to engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

• involves building stakeholder buy-in and fostering a culture of change readiness throughout the organization, paving the way for a smooth transition during the change journey; and
• requires extensive real-world change management experience in large-scale change initiatives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• 8+ years’ experience with change strategy development in large-scale digital transformation programs.
• 8+ years’ experience with communication and training planning and execution
• 8+ years’ experience collaborating with project teams on large-scale change initiatives
• 8+ years’ experience with change management project metrics and reporting Nice to Haves: PROSCI or Lean Change Management certification Apply
