About the Role:
Our client, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.This is for a 3 month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence in both French and English.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks, including payroll assistance and expense tracking.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.
