Social Worker - D2 General Medicine/Nephrology - Temporary Full-time 2025-11749

The successful candidate will participate as a key member of the patient care team on General Internal Medicine and various ICUs. Qualifications/Skills Master’s Degree in Social Work Member in good standing of the Ontario College of SW and SSW Minimum 2 years of experience working as an MSW in a Hospital; acute medicine preferred Experience with Gerontological patients an asset Commitment to Person Centred Care Best Practices Excellent communication, organization skills and time management skills Strong teambuilding skills and conflict resolution skills Excellent assessment, interviewing and problem solving skills Knowledge of the health care system and community resources Superior ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of and past clinical experience in Inter Professional Collaboration and Inter Professional Education Commitment to student education Interest in exploring Academic Practice opportunities that address Patient and Family Care across the continuum of Health Care
