Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing a range of complex construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with clients and stakeholders to establish and enforce strategic project controls, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Leading the negotiation and management of high-value contracts with consultants, specialists, and contractors, including handling endorsements, amendments, and significant change orders.
- Directing consultant services, providing high-level oversight of drawings and specifications, and ensuring that work quality aligns with strategic project objectives.
- Chairing site meetings with senior professionals and subcontractors to address critical issues, resolve major conflicts, and maintain project alignment with strategic goals.
- Overseeing project budgets, including high-stakes financial management and decision-making related to change orders and site activities.
- Steering the development and continuous optimization of project schedules, and playing a key role in high-level contract negotiations and strategic planning.
- Managing complex customer and subcontractor payment processes, critically reviewing shop drawings and samples, and addressing intricate technical questions related to plans and specifications.
- Leading the resolution of "Conflict Detections" during BIM execution, ensuring effective strategic responses to project deficiencies and implementing high-impact amendments

The Successful Applicant- 10-15 years of experience managing ICI projects within a General Contracting environment, demonstrating a successful track record with multiple high-profile projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in project management software and tools.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with PMP certification or equivalent credentials highly preferred.
