Delivery & Personal Errand Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver and Errand Assistant to support the operation around the GTA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for both personal and business-related needs, as well as assisting with various personal errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the company staff to various locations, including meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
- Run personal and business-related errands, such as picking up groceries, dry cleaning, packages, or supplies.
- Ensuring the vehicle is well maintained, including regular fueling, cleaning, oil changing and other maintenance checks, as required.
- Assist with deliveries and collections as needed for business purposes.
- Excellent time management skills via careful route planning to ensure prompt arrivals and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and others on the road.
- Assist with household tasks, including shopping or managing home-related appointments (e.g., maintenance services).
- Always providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding any personal or business-related matters.
- Other warehouse/corporate tasks/duties as required
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook Calendar for upcoming scheduled appointments.
- Previous experience as a personal or professional driver is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local areas and neighbourhoods and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS devices or maps.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the schedule.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a professional appearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and operate a vehicle.
- Lifting up to 15 kg required during deliveries and personal errands (e.g., groceries or packages).
