We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Service industry. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling incoming calls and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming telephone calls through a multi-line phone system.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct data entry tasks and maintain customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to organize files and manage information.
- Schedule appointments, coordinating between customers and internal team members.
- Support administrative tasks to assist the team and ensure smooth operations.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
