The Senior Specialist, CRM, will serve as the senior-most member of the CRM team and oversee the execution of email campaigns, data extraction & analysis, reporting, lead nurturing, lifecycle management, and more. SOTI’s relationship with its customers and partners is of the utmost importance and this role will be an integral part of their experience.
From introducing our mobility solutions, to creating meaningful touchpoints and nurturing existing accounts - the Senior Specialist, CRM will ensure that we are planning and executing our interactions with them to the highest standards. What You’ll Do Mentor a team of experts on the CRM team by overseeing their campaign planning, execution and growth by leveraging a data-first approach.
Plan and execute SOTI’s email deployments (marketing campaigns, newsletters, product updates, etc.). Optimize current CRM initiatives and bring to life new ones to achieve business goals. Build thoughtful segmentation, journeys and automation processes across all touchpoints related to CRM.
Build Salesforce campaigns and ensure leads are correctly attributed. Work with the internal Salesforce team on any process changes, software upgrades, and new projects with the goal of boosting customer experience and retention. Collaborate with the Sales Development team to track opportunities driven by digital marketing activities and provide key insights to help internal partners carry them to closed/won status.
Run reporting on campaign performance, always-on initiatives, and any other analytics as required. Work with the Marketing Automation Specialists to verify that data passed into Salesforce from Pardot is adequately collected and synchronized.
Make sure the SFDC leads/contacts database is accurate and updated in real-time. Proactively share data to cross-functional stakeholders regarding potential lead opportunities and ROI gained through CRM Marketing Campaigns and initiatives. Ensure Marketing attribution is optimized for CRM Marketing initiatives.
Experience You’ll Bring 3-5 years of progressive experience in a role focused on managing CRM and email programs across multiple channels of distribution. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce and automation/email software like Pardot.
Thorough understanding and background in trigger-based, drip, blast, and targeted email campaigns. Experience in working with website forms to drive data (lead) capture. Understanding of major privacy legislation as they pertain to marketing / CRM (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and others).
Experience working with customer information to ensure data hygiene and segmentation. Prior work with testing (A/B, multi-variant, etc.) and personalization in email or digital properties. Experience in B2B and/or SaaS is an asset. If you want to bring your ideas to life, apply at SOTI today.
