Maintenance Technician - Aurora

We want to hear from you if you have experience working in the Food/Beverage manufacturing industry.
Advantages- Rotating Continental Shift 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am averaging 42.5 hours a week
- Compensation $36-42/hr
- Full-time, permanent position

- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Works collaboratively and professionally with all management and colleagues.
- 3+ years of previous experience in the food/pharmaceutical/plastics industry
- Tetra Pak or experience from a Liquid/Beverage industry is considered a big asset
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyor and packaging equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and diagnose plant equipment
