Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will work to meet and exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service and understanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business.
Relationship Management:
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, deals closed, and client interactions using a CRM system.
Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Pay: $17.20-$17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Identify Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Sales Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products/services and understand their needs.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business.
Relationship Management:
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Client Follow-up: Provide after-sales support to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products/services, addressing any client concerns promptly.
Client Retention: Work to retain clients through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, deals closed, and client interactions using a CRM system.
Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling B2B products or services, particularly in the automotive, technology, or ADAS industries.
- Understanding of technical sales, particularly with advanced products that require detailed explanation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Must have own car.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:
- This role requires 100% travel to meet with clients.
- Casual working environmemt with flexible working hours.
