About Our Client

Our client, one of Canada's leading HR solution company is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with potential for advancement. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance Administration, you will primarily be responsible for submitting and code verifying invoices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support with submitting accounts receivables and payables invoices
  • Provide strong administrative support throughout companies offices
  • Support and manage clients with payroll inquiries
  • Manage and support with company events
  • Support clients with training, or ad hoc reports

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a finance administration role or similar
  • Post-secondary education
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Great organization skill
