About Our Client
Our client, one of Canada's leading HR solution company is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with potential for advancement. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance Administration, you will primarily be responsible for submitting and code verifying invoices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support with submitting accounts receivables and payables invoices
- Provide strong administrative support throughout companies offices
- Support and manage clients with payroll inquiries
- Manage and support with company events
- Support clients with training, or ad hoc reports
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a finance administration role or similar
- Post-secondary education
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite programs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Great organization skill
