IT Transformation Manager - London

JOB DESCRIPTION

The SAP Analytics Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering complex Insights & Data (I&D) engagements as part of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and participating in sales and business development initiatives.

This role involves leading projects, managing client engagements, participating in business development opportunities, and supporting sales pursuits while aiming to achieve strategic business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the overall analytics strategy for an SAP S/4HANA program
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs
  • Perform fit-gap analysis with standard Embedded Analytics reports
  • Technical design of customizations to Embedded Analytics reports
  • Oversee build, test, and deployment using a global delivery model
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Overall, 10 years of SAP Analytics project experience
  • 4 years of experience in Embedded Analytics
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Prior experience in a consulting organization
