Business Analyst

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Toronto, Ontario. The role will be primarily focused on supporting P2P elevate module implementation, gathering requirements for upcoming report development projects, and assisting with other projects as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of the P2P elevate module, ensuring smooth operations and successful go-live.
• Gather and define requirements for upcoming report development projects, utilizing skills in Business Requirement Document creation and documentation.
• Utilize Yardi, Yardi Voyager, and Yardi Software to maintain and manage business requirements and documentation.
• Provide support for various projects as they arise, applying a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary, ensuring all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail.
