The Company

On Point Restore responds to 24/7 emergencies of water, mould, asbestos, lead, and fire in the Edmonton area. Second only to employee safety, our priority is quality, professionalism, and courteous service to our clients.

This position supports project managers with emergency and reconstruction aspects. Communication with our technicians, contractors, clients, and insurance adjusters, along with setting project timelines and creating gantt charts for projects, are primary roles of a project coordinator.

The Successful Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a comparative role
  • Can communicate effectively and coordinate project scheduling
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Is dependable, detail-oriented, a self-starter and organized
  • Is looking for a long-term position
  • Has:
  • High-level computer proficiency
  • Excellent written communication
  • Above average logical reasoning ability

Specifics

Start date ? Two weeks
Full time Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

$23 - $25/hour, commensurate with experience

Experience:

  • 2 years experience in project/contractor coordination
