Service Master Restore of Edmonton requires experienced Project Coordinator that will provide high level administrative assistance and support to the Project Manager to ensure each claim is completed as specified by the insurance company.

Position Overview

  • Effectively work with customers, adjusters, sub-contractors and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize and meet all assigned time lines
Responsibilities
  • Acquiring estimates from sub-trades
  • Scanning and filing all invoices, time sheets and information related to each file
  • Completing estimates for each claim including sketches, determining line items and costs
  • Sending invoices to adjusters and insured’s
  • Aiding with accounts receivable collections on files as required
  • Collecting work Authorizations and Completion Certificates
  • Scheduling appointments for subs-trades, shop staff and Project Managers to ensure work is completed
  • High volumes of data entry to update and manage internal and external databases which includes Encircle and Xactanalysis
  • Reception coverage
  • Flexible to work overtime (including evenings and weekends) as required
Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 year’s work experience in an intermediate to senior administrative support capacity
  • Business Administration Diploma, Project Management Certification, or related certificate is an asset
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft office programs including Word, Outlook and Excel. Certification in Advanced Excel will be considered an asset
  • Extensive data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy
  • A solid understanding of the accounting billing cycle
  • Clear understanding of construction terminology will be considered an asset
  • Previous work in the insurance industry, construction, restoration or mechanical industry is a definite asset
