Job Summary:
The Junior Technical Project Coordinator assists in managing and coordinating technical projects from initiation through to completion. This role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a technical project management role.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Support in planning, executing, and closing technical projects. Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Task Management: Help manage project tasks and resources, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within a technical or IT environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and software development processes.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full time contract position that could lead to salaried.
  • Hybrid Ideal but open to remote
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
