👀 Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a Technical Recruiter who’s just as passionate about people as they are about technology. You’re the kind of person who knows that “Java” isn’t just coffee, who can spot a DevOps genius in a sea of generalists, and who understands that cultural fit is just as important as the tech stack.
This role is all about owning the recruitment process end-to-end - from saying hi to saying you’re hired - and being a true partner to our clients and candidates.

Requirements
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing (aka your future day-to-day):
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking) to proactively source and engage high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical skills.
- Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and other branding initiatives.
🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1+ years of experience in tech recruitment - agency or in-house, you’ve done the hustle.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and how to assess them (software, infrastructure, cloud, etc.).
- Advanced sourcing skills - you know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean magic.
- Clear communication, persuasive storytelling, and the ability to build rapport with anyone, anywhere.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Creative mindset and a natural problem-solver - you don’t wait for answers, you find them.

- Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 + Commission
