Sr. Network Engineer

The Sr. Network Engineer will be responsible for designing network solutions in collaboration with network and technology teams to support architecture and IT system integration services for delivery releases. Network Design & Architecture: Design, configure, and deploy LAN/WAN, IP/MPLS, and wireless networks to support enterprise-grade services.
Develop and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and standards. Implementation & Deployment: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia routers and switches. Optimize VoIP, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions for secure data transmission.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Nagios to monitor network performance and diagnose issues. Respond to network outages, latency issues, and security incidents in real-time. Security & Compliance: Implement firewalls, ACLs, and IDS/IPS to protect network infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, cybersecurity, and field technicians. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in network engineering roles. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, QoS, and VLAN technologies.

Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, or equivalent platforms. Proficiency in network automation using Python, Ansible, or Bash scripting. Strong troubleshooting skills with packet analyzers and protocol diagnostics. Preferred Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional) JNCIA/JNCIP (Juniper Networks Certified Associate/Professional) Network+ or Security+ (CompTIA) ITIL Foundation certification Apply
